These warnings supplement the ARGOS Terms. They should also appear in concise form at the relevant point in the product.

General AI warning

ARGOS is an AI system, not a person. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent or fabricated. It may misunderstand your instructions or omit important context. Verify important facts against the original source and use your own judgment before relying on output or approving an action.

Not for emergencies

ARGOS is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent requests. Do not use it where delay or error could threaten life, health, safety, property or security. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Medical, health and wellness

Health and wellness features provide general information, organisation and coaching support. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical monitoring or medical advice and do not replace a physician or other qualified professional. Measurements and AI interpretations may be wrong. Do not change medication, treatment, diet or exercise in a way that may affect your health without appropriate professional advice.

Mental health

ARGOS is not a therapist, crisis line or suicide-prevention service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For mental-health concerns, contact a qualified professional or crisis service in your location.

Legal, tax and compliance

ARGOS does not provide legal, tax, regulatory or compliance advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Laws and deadlines vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Have a qualified professional review material decisions, contracts, filings and legal communications.

Financial and insurance

ARGOS does not provide investment, banking, credit, accounting or insurance advice. Information may be delayed or inaccurate and does not consider all of your circumstances. Verify prices, fees, taxes, risk, eligibility and terms with an authorised professional or provider before acting.

Career and employment

Career features organise evidence, applications and drafts. They do not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation or any outcome. Verify employer names, job titles, dates, qualifications and statements before submitting. Do not use ARGOS to make solely automated hiring, dismissal, promotion or other significant employment decisions about another person.

Travel and transport

Travel information, timetables, availability, entry rules, safety conditions and prices can change without notice. ARGOS is not a travel agency, border authority or safety service. Confirm bookings, visas, passports, insurance, accessibility, connections and current official guidance directly with the responsible provider or authority.

Smart home, energy and physical devices

Device status can be delayed or incorrect and commands may fail or affect the wrong device. Do not rely on ARGOS for locks, alarms, heating, appliances, energy systems or other physical controls where failure could create danger, damage or loss. Review the target device and conditions before approving a command.

Communications, applications and publishing

Review recipients, audience, attachments, permissions, confidentiality, facts, tone and consequences before sending, applying or publishing. You remain responsible for communications and content sent under your accounts, including compliance with copyright, privacy, advertising, employment and platform rules.

Calendar, reminders and deadlines

ARGOS reminders, extracted dates and calendar actions may be missing, duplicated or incorrect. Do not rely on ARGOS as the only record of legal, medical, financial, travel or other important deadlines.

Connected services and third-party information

ARGOS depends on third-party APIs and source data. Access, functionality and data may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete or changed by the provider. ARGOS does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, decisions or availability.

Beta service

The invitation-only beta may contain defects, change significantly or experience data loss and downtime. Keep independent copies of important information. Do not use the beta for safety-critical, legally required or mission-critical records.

No guaranteed outcomes

ARGOS provides assistance, not a guarantee of productivity, wellbeing, employment, savings, performance, compliance, safety or any other result. Outcomes depend on information outside ARGOS's knowledge and control.
